On the morning of July 21, general manager Xiong Fangwen of Ganzhou Xiaobuxiang Eco-Agriculture Co., Ltd. met with Chen Shiping, president of Ningdu Technician College, vice president Ouyang Luobao, and Wen Wanqing, director of the college's training office, to finalize details of the college-enterprise cooperation programme — Ningdu's first tea ceremony training — to be held at the Xiaobu Town Radio Heritage Education Base, and submitted the project to the Ningdu County Development and Reform Commission.
