The article also notes the surge of returning-home entrepreneurs planting tea in Xiaobu Town: “Five Xiaobu tea enterprises have joined forces to change the town's tea industry, known as Xiaobu's ‘Five Golden Flowers’, forming a Xiaobu camp that is gradually taking shape.”
